Explore new transitions and ways to move in the fabric that work to connect already existing skills! If you’re looking for more interesting ways to connect basic flows, this session will give you the tools to keep your flows and practice both fun and challenging.
This session is focused on floating or flying positions that are more supported, giving options that can be relaxing or challenging! Expand your aerial vocabulary with a range of positions to help you find relaxation, or new ways to challenge yourself. We’ll explore both, and the flows that they come from or move into.
Feeling tired, stressed, or out of sorts? Come relax and renew in a healing sound bath with quartz crystal bowls and earth gong.Sound baths create a state of harmony to clear imbalances from the body’s energy fields, stimulating brainwaves, helping our brains to move into wave frequencies that induce deep meditative and peaceful states, which can be equivalent to several hours of sleep. Let go of anything that no longer serves you!
Let’s branch out!This session is all about the amazing things you can do when standing in the fabric, including the restful tree pose and branching out to more challenging movements like the Fish, Arabesque, and a variety of movements or flows that can come from there. Get ready to branch out and learn new ways to move in the fabric!
