Join us this Friday April 26th from 7-10pm for an amazing breathwork and sound bath mini retreat in Paris, ON!
We will begin with gentle somatic movement (Qigong) and meditation with intention-setting, and move into breathwork and a crystal bowl sound bath! We will finish the night with a relaxing integration session. Water will be provided on-site.
