The last Friday of the month is coming up again and we’d love for you to join us!
I am doing sound baths on the Last Friday of Every Month in combination with amazing breathwork sessions by Susan Norrish (Born Again Breathwork) at Outback Health in Paris, ON at 8pm! (Breathwork starts at 7pm)
Sign-up is currently available online for both sessions together, either single session (breathwork OR sound bath, with cash at door payment or online payment options (contact either one of us for cash at door payment).
Each 1 hour session is $30, but will be offer a special combined price of $50 if you sign up for both! (Doing both is highly recommended!) Maximum 8 people/session.
Each session will have an intuitive focus based on the overall energy of the group, but I always create resonance with all the chakras as it is important to maintain harmony through all, even if there is a focus on one or two in particular during a session.
Please wear comfortable clothing and I recommend bringing a yoga mat and pillow for your comfort during the session. Blankets, eye pillows, or anything you need to get comfortable laying down or sitting (as you prefer) is great! If you have any questions just get in touch!
