This month I’m adding some Level 2 workshops on Thursday nights as well as running my four-week aerial yoga classes on Tuesday nights!
Each Level 2 workshop is 1 hour long, and will focus on particular skills like the front balance (March 7th), or new skills that can be reached from climbing up into a ‘circus sit’ position (March 21)!
Come play + get upside down for some anti-gravity benefits! The four-week class is a Foundational Aerial practice, where students can get comfortable in the aerial hammocks. We will focus on proper alignment, muscle engagement, strengthening body awareness, and orienting your body in space using the aerial hammock.
