If you’ve found your way to this page, something in you is already asking for space.
Not more information.
Not another system to follow.
Not another version of yourself to perform.
Just… space.
To breathe.
To feel what’s actually there.
To let your nervous system soften, even if just for a moment.
There is nothing wrong with you.
Your body has been doing exactly what it was designed to do:
protect you, adapt, survive.
But when you’ve been in survival mode for a long time…
your system doesn’t always know how to come back out of it.
That’s where Sounds of Change™ comes in.

Sounds of Change™ is a series of sound bath experiences designed to give your body something it may not have had in a long time:
A safe space to let go.
Through quartz crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and intentional frequency work, we create an environment where:
There’s science here:
We are made largely of water, water responds to vibration, and so do we.
But more than that –
there’s presence, intention, and permission.

It’s about re-building the capacity to live it.
We’re not here to suppress emotions, bypass pain, or pretend everything is fine.
We are here to:
This is what real nervous system work is – not perfection, but creating safety in your body first so it knows it’s okay to heal and restore your capacity to live the life you really want.

This space is especially for you if you:
You are not too much.
You are not broken.
Your system just needs a different kind of support.

Each session is simple, intentional, and pressure-free.
You don’t need to “do” anything.
Just lie down, sit comfortably, or exist in whatever way feels accessible to you.
During your time here, you may:
Your body will take what it needs.

I don’t follow rigid systems – I am intuitive and listen to my instruments to know what’s needed. Did you know they sound different based on the needs or energies of each session? I listen to that and play them accordingly.
I use sound to create space.
My work is grounded in:
I will never ask you to believe something blindly.
I believe in always asking why.
And if I don’t know the answer, I will go find it.
Even if life is chaotic.
Even if you have to go back into the noise afterward.
This is your moment to step out of the machine.
To remember what it feels like to be in your body –
without pressure, without performance.
Whether you join a live session or begin with a recorded journey,
you are giving your body something deeply needed:
A chance to rest. A chance to reset. A chance to begin again.

Join one of my weekly live sessions, enjoy a recorded session from my library on your own time, or get a bundle so you get the best of both worlds, along with a bonus Journalling Guide to help you integrate and record your experiences! (You can also purchase the guide separately and use it with any practice you experience – whether it’s sound healing, breathwork, yoga, meditation, or anything else…)

Sometimes all it takes is one chance to truly rest. Change can happen, healing can begin, and a path forward can start becoming clearer. Even if it’s just the best nap you’ve had since you were a baby, that holds its own deep healing too.
Whether you try out one session, live or recorded, or if you’re ready to add Sounds of Change™ to your weekly or monthly routine, you can easily pay with your preferred method, and sign up for my next live session right away.
The best part? You can experience all of this from the comfort of your own home or safe space.
I’m really glad you made it.
And I hope, even for a moment,
you feel a little less alone.

About your guide
Michelle Prosek
I am a conscious creative, certified sound healer, qigong instructor, stilt-walker, and aerial yoga instructor based near Sault Ste. Marie, ON, Canada. Whether I’m offering my magic through my crystal bowls or up on stilts, my greatest joy is in restoring balance and harmony through movement and sound.
Who is this for:
This is for anyone who feels like their nervous system has been “on” for too long.
Especially if you:
• are AuDHD, highly sensitive, or easily overstimulated
• live with cPTSD, chronic stress, or burnout
• feel like you’re always bracing, holding, or pushing through
• are navigating big life shifts or midlife changes
• want rest, but don’t know how to access it anymore
You don’t need experience with meditation, sound healing, or anything else.
If your body is asking for space—even quietly—this is for you.
What happens during a session?
Very simply—you rest, and I play.
You’ll be guided into a comfortable position, and then immersed in sound from quartz crystal singing bowls and other gentle frequencies.
There’s nothing you need to do, achieve, or “get right.”
Your body will respond in its own way.
Do I need to stay still the whole time?
Nope.
If you need to shift, stretch, sit up, or adjust at any point—please do.
This is your space.
Your body leads.
What if I can’t relax?
That’s completely okay.
If your system has been in survival mode for a long time, it may not feel safe to relax right away.
Even just lying there and noticing that is part of the process.
There’s no pressure to “drop in.”
We work with your system—not against it.
What if I fall asleep?
That’s actually very common.
Sleep is one of the ways your body accesses repair and regulation.
You’re still receiving the benefits of the sound.
Can I do this if I’m sensitive to sound?
Yes—but go gently.
You can:
• lower the volume
• use one earbud instead of two
• take breaks if needed
Your comfort comes first.
Are there any contraindications?
Yes—there are some situations where sound healing may not be appropriate or may need to be approached with caution.
It is important to acknowledge that these sessions are not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis, and that it is recommended you see a primary health care provider for those services.
Please understand that if you are taking any medications or have any pre-existing medical conditions such as, but not being limited to:
• pace-makers
• metal in the body
• schizophrenia
• bi-polar disorder or psychosis
• epilepsy, heart conditions
• COPD
• delicate pregnancy
• high blood pressure or very low blood pressure with fainting history
• PTSD
• or recent major surgery
you must advise the facilitator/s before the session.
If you’re unsure, please reach out before booking.
Do I need any props or materials to participate?
You don’t need anything—but comfort makes a big difference.
If you can, I recommend:
• Headphones or stereo speakers (for a more immersive sound experience)
• A yoga mat, bed, or comfortable chair
• A blanket and pillow
• An eye mask (optional, but helpful for deeper relaxation)
• Water to drink afterward
That said—use whatever you have, come as you are.
This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about meeting yourself where you are.
What might I experience?
Everyone’s experience is different.
You might:
• feel deeply relaxed
• drift into sleep or a dream-like state
• notice emotional release
• feel physical sensations (tingling, warmth, heaviness)
• have thoughts, memories, or images come up
• or feel like “nothing happened”
All of it is valid.
Your nervous system will take what it needs.
Is this meditation?
Not in the traditional sense.
You don’t need to clear your mind or focus on anything specific.
Sound gives your mind something gentle to follow, which often makes it easier to relax without effort.
How often should I attend?
That depends on what you need.
Some people come occasionally for rest and reset.
Others come more regularly to support deeper nervous system regulation.
Even one session can create a shift.
Consistency helps build capacity over time.
Will this “fix” me?
No—and that’s not the goal.
You are not something that needs to be fixed.
This work creates space for your body to do what it already knows how to do:
regulate, release, and restore.
What should I do after a session?
Give yourself a little space if you can.
• Drink water
• Move slowly
• Journal or rest
• Avoid jumping straight back into stress if possible
Even 10–15 minutes of quiet afterward can help integrate the experience.
Do I need to believe in anything for this to work?
Nope.
You don’t need to believe in anything, follow any philosophy, or understand the science.
Just show up.
Your body already knows what to do.
